Advantages:

Проживание в дали от центра. Тихий дом, в подъезде не шумят. Дистанционное заселение. В квартире много спальных мест и хорошие матрасы на кроватях. Есть обогреватель, если замерзли.

Disadvantages:

Заселили нас в другую квартиру, и точно не ту которую мы бронировали. Узнали об этом уже, когда были в дороге за 3 часа до заселения. И хозяйка просто отправила сообщение с инструкцией по заселению с новым адресом. Не позвонила, не предупредила. И если бы я не задала вопрос, а почему другой адрес проживания, постаралась скрыть эту информацию. Заедает замок на входной двери, подтекает унитаз.
